Program
A market space and social prgrams as a catalyst for revitalising Bristol Temple Meads station
Location
Bristol, UK
Date
October - December 2013
Project type
Academic - An integrated project for the Basil Spence Competition,
comprising three architects and one civil engineering student
Brief
The program addresses the disconnected relationship
that people have with food and the staggering wastage
that occurs as a result. We developed a concept of a
re-invented food market that would connect aspects of
growing, distributing, preparing, and consuming food, so
that people could learn to cook and appreciate the true
value of food.
