About me

Profile

Lilian is a part II architectural assistant looking for a discerning, socially-conscious architecture practice, where she can explore public-facing design, and who can support her towards qualifying as a part III architect.

At present Lilian has two years of UK work experience across several residential projects in London, ranging from the architectural detailing and design of large-scale affordable housing schemes, to the interior design, specification and fit-out of high-end private houses.

She graduated from the Technical University of Delft, Netherlands in 2018 with a Master of Architecture degree. Whilst there she explored a range of ideas including a thematic investigation into hybridising public buildings with urban space, and the design and build of a performative landscape exhibit, as well as engaging the Dutch public in discussing the issue of sea levels rising.

Many of her interests involve an element of craft, such as throwing pottery on the wheel, or coding this very website. She thoroughly enjoys reading a good book, and often likes to interpret her surroundings with watercolours, which you can find here.
